Trashundra "Trish" is a seasoned healthcare operations leader with 26 years of physician practice and medical group operations, revenue cycle management, coaching and process improvement experience. She began her journey in healthcare in the late 80s in Oakland California as a high school volunteer and peer advocate at the local Family Practice. This experience ignited her passion for serving others. She has worked in various clinical environments to include Family Medicine, Urgent Care, ObGyn, Teen Clinics, and Ambulatory Surgery centers.
She is an incurable optimist who strives to be a lifelong learner. She believes that an organization's most valuable assets are the front line staff and that a work culture is defined by the leaders who model it. For her, the best approach to problem solving is to anticipate the need.

Juan is a licensed pharmacist in the Philippines with a degree in Clinical pharmacy.

I'm Joy, a seasoned accountant with a wealth of experience in wrangling numbers and navigating financial terrains. Beyond the spreadsheets, I don the cap of a dedicated mother, juggling the joys and challenges of parenting a spirited 16-year-old daughter and three fur babies. When not crunching numbers, you'll find me hitting the road, exploring random places with my daughter, and creating cherished memories one adventure at a time.
